About industry and employers

To ensure NCVER's full resources – quantitative and qualitative – are used to their maximum potential, all our work is organised into five themes: students and individuals, teaching and learning, industry and employers, VET system and VET in context.

Employers not only hire staff skilled through vocational training or as apprentices but may also be customers of VET and themselves providers of training.
