Longitudinal Surveys of Australian Youth (LSAY) publications are available through the NCVER publications catalogue. You can search for individual publications using the form at Search publications, or you can use the links below to retrieve lists of LSAY publications only.
In 2005, all variables in the LSAY datasets were changed to a more consistent naming convention cross all cohorts and all waves. Consequently, most of the codebooks for the Y95 and Y98 cohorts (1995 - 2004) don't accurately reflect the variable names in the LSAY datasets.
Codebooks produced from 2005 onwards for these cohorts, and for all of the Y03 cohort are correct and available for download, using the link above. NCVER is working to update the variable information for older codebooks, which will come online as they are completed.
