This publication provides a summary of the training activity undertaken by apprentices and trainees throughout 2003, based on updated quarterly data. Trends in apprentice and trainee activity between 1995 and 2003 are identified, including training and participation rates, qualifications undertaken, numbers of traditional apprenticeships, and occupation groups of apprenticeships and traineeships. Figures presented in this publication are derived from the March 2004 NCVER National Apprentice and Trainee Collection.
