Method of entry
Entry is open to respondents of the 2012 Student Outcomes Survey. To enter, those invited to complete the 2012 Student Outcomes Survey must complete the survey online at www.ncver.edu.au/sos or return the completed survey form to Reply Paid 85928 HAWTHORN VIC 3122.
First Prize Draw
Duration of entry period: The entry period for inclusion in the First Prize Draw is from 22nd May 2012 until 11.59 PM AEST, 12th June 2012.
Details of prizes and prize values: The first eight entries (one for each Australian State and Territory) drawn in the First Prize Draw will receive $1,000 cash.
Date, time and place of draw: The First Prize Draw will be conducted at 12 PM AEST on 15th June 2012. All draws will be conducted at Level 1, 262 Victoria St, North Melbourne, Victoria 3051. Winners will be identified through a random computer generated draw.
Publication of winner names: Winners will be notified by telephone or email and in writing. The names and state of residence of all winners will be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on 25th June 2012
Second Prize Draw
Duration of entry period: The entry period for inclusion in the Second Prize Draw is from 22nd May 2012 until 11.59 PM AEST 22nd June 2012.
Details of prizes and prize values: The first eight entries (one for each Australian State and Territory) drawn in the Second Prize Draw will receive $500 cash.
Date, time and place of draw: The Second Prize Draw will be conducted at 12 PM AEST on 29th June 2012. All draws will be conducted at Level 1, 262 Victoria St, North Melbourne, Victoria 3051. Winners will be identified through a random computer generated draw.
Publication of winner names: Winners will be notified by telephone or email and in writing. The names and state of residence of all winners will be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on 7th July 2012.
Third Prize Draw
Duration of entry period: The entry period for inclusion in the Third Prize Draw is from 22nd May 2012 until 11.59 PM AEST 18th July 2012.
Details of prizes and prize values: The first entry drawn in the Third Prize Draw will receive $1,000 cash.
Date, time and place of draw: The Third Prize Draw will be conducted at 12 PM AEST on 21st July 2012. All draws will be conducted at Level 1, 262 Victoria St, North Melbourne, Victoria 3051. Winners will be identified through a random computer generated draw.
Publication of winner names: Winners will be notified by telephone or email and in writing. The names and state of residence of all winners will be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on 1st August 2012.

Unclaimed prize draw
If any prizes are unclaimed by 30th October 2012, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12 PM on 2nd November 2012 at the above address. The winners will be notified by telephone or email and in writing. The names and state of residence of all winners will be published in ‘The Australian’ newspaper on 7th November 2012.
Value of total prize pool: The total value of the prize pool is $13,000.
