This report examines the pathways from school to higher education and work for graduates of tertiary education. Around 40 per cent of young Australians enrol in tertiary education after they complete school. The labour market experiences of this group were mapped during their first seven years after leaving school. The report looks at the differences between those who were able to make a successful transition into full-time work and those who were not. The report found that most graduates were able to successfully make the transition to full-time employment in comparison with other school leavers.
