This classification is made available in electronic format to assist those organisations providing data compliant with AVETMISS. The ANZSIC (Industry) classification is used to classify the industry or principal activity in which the employer is engaged. This classification is based on the Australian Bureau of Statistics, Australian and New Zealand Standard Industry Classification (ANZSIC), and 2006 Edition (ABS Catalogue No. 1292.0).

This file should be opened in a text editor. Do not open in Excel, as this application will strip the leading zeros from the file.
