Government-funded student outcomes: time series of key findings 2009-18

6 December 2018 This data is part of the VET student outcomes collection

This product provides time series information on key measures at a national and state/territory level for students who completed their government-funded vocational education and training (VET) during the previous calendar year. The margin of error, at a 95% confidence level, is presented for all survey estimates.

The findings relate to students who were awarded a qualification (graduates), or who successfully completed part of a course and then left the VET system (subject completers). Key measures include employment and further study outcomes, satisfaction with the training, benefits of training, reason for not continuing the training (where applicable) and improved employment status after training. Information is provided from 2009 to 2018.

The figures in this product are derived from the National Student Outcomes Survey.
