Government-funded student outcomes: time series of key findings 2010-19

12 December 2019 This data is part of the VET student outcomes collection

This product provides time series information on key measures at a national and state/territory level for government-funded students who completed nationally recognised vocational education and training (VET) in Australia during the previous calendar year. The margin of error, at a 95% confidence level, is presented for all survey estimates.

The findings relate to students who were awarded a qualification (graduates), or who completed at least one subject and left the VET system without obtaining a qualification (subject completers). Key measures include employment and further study outcomes, satisfaction with the training, benefits of training, reason for not continuing the training (where applicable) and improved employment status after training. Information is provided from 2010 to 2019.

The figures in this product are derived from the National Student Outcomes Survey.
