NCVER's webserver will automatically record the following general information when you visit our site:

The date and time you visit our site, and the specific web pages you visit

This information is used for statistical analysis only, to help us manage our site and make it more useful to you. This tracking system does not record information about individuals.

Other personal information
When you send us a completed form that includes your personal details (for example, to enrol for a forum/ order publications), we will collect personally identifiable information, such as name, address, email address and other contact or request details. This information will be added to our customer database so that you may be sent further related information. You will not be sent any unrelated material. Your making of the order or providing the information requested will indicate your agreement to this. If you have any questions, do not make an order or provide the information at this stage, but contact the Privacy Officer at NCVER.
You may request to be removed from our customer database or mailing lists or inspect your personal information on our files at any time. Please contact the Privacy Officer.
Our internet and internal network and databases are protected from unauthorised access using current technologies. You should be aware, however, that there are inherent risks associated with the transmission of information across the internet. For those who do not wish to send their personal information via an electronic form, please print the form and send by post.
