VOCEDplus < www.voced.edu.au>, a free, international research database will be launched today by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER).
Previously known as VOCED, VOCEDplus now covers research on wider tertiary education issues as well as vocational education and training (VET). Its particular focus is research and statistics as it relates to education for work and beyond.
Dr Tom Karmel, Managing Director, NCVER said VOCEDplus has an extensive range of resources to search from on topics associated with workforce needs, skills development, social inclusion and lifelong learning.
“The launch of VOCEDplus marks a new chapter in this database’s history,” Dr Karmel said.
“Since 1989, VOCED was the international database for VET research; we are pleased to launch this new and improved product, VOCEDplus with its broader tertiary education focus.”
VOCEDplus now has extra features to meet today’s user demands including:
- More searchable content than ever before
- Enhanced searching and browsing tools to help you find what you are looking for
