The mature-aged and skill development activities: A systematic review of research - An update

Description

A second literature search conducted in September 2005 found 37 additional studies as potential updates for NCVER's first systematic review of existing research on the mature-aged and skill development activities. Two studies were considered worthy of inclusion in this report. Their findings support the key messages of the earlier report, with an additional influence on the likelihood of skills development for the mature-aged leading to employment emerging from one of these studies.
