Description
These summaries highlight the main findings arising from the research program, Vocations: the link between post-compulsory education and the labour market, for four stakeholder groups:
- government and policy-makers
- industry
- qualification and approval bodies
- tertiary education providers and school educators.
They look at why 'vocational streams' are important to each of these groups and what the key implications are. Overall, vocational streams can potentially provide a better link between qualifications and jobs, leading to a more adaptive workforce.
