What's changing

Important information for Primary Contacts and Organisation Administrators

From 1 October, you won't be able to add, remove or update users in your organisation while we complete technical changes.

During this time, you can request changes by selecting the 'Support & Administration Management' tiles. This will auto-generate an email template for you to complete and send. You can also email support@ncver.edu.au with any questions or requests.

What's available for RTOs?

RTOs can access data tools designed to help them better understand, evaluate, and improve their training delivery and student outcomes. Currently, there are two products available on DataHub tailored for RTOs.

This interactive data visualisation tool puts your RTO's nationally reported training data in your hands.
  • Interrogate your RTO's student, enrolment, and completion data
  • Use filters to explore your data and compare with similar RTOs
  • Download tailored data extracts for your own reporting
RTO tool
RTO Outcomes Explorer
Gives RTOs access to customised insights from the National Student Outcomes Survey.
  • Student satisfaction with aspects of training and providers
  • Employment outcomes following training
  • Further study outcomes and learner pathways
