How do I report an issue?
If you experience a problem while using Upgraded DataBuilder, please email support@ncver.edu.au with a description of the issue, including the steps you took, any error messages displayed, and relevant screenshots where possible.
To help us triage your request to the correct team as quickly as possible, please include "Upgraded DataBuilder" in the email subject line.
What's the difference between DataBuilder and VOCSTATS?
DataBuilder is a fast and easy-to-use tool for creating customised tables using NCVER data. Data can quickly be copied or exported to Excel for further use.
VOCSTATS is a tool that allows users to construct their own tables using databases containing data from various NCVER collections. These tables can be exported in a variety of formats for further use. VOCSTATS is specifically targeted at users who have a requirement for highly tailored outputs; have a good understanding of the intricacies and limitations of the NCVER collections; and are willing to design and generate their own statistical outputs.
