Training and competitiveness: An Asian Firm Perspective

This report provides an overview of a detailed survey of education and training administered to major firms headquartered in Asia. Commissioned by the Asia Business Council (ABC) and undertaken by NCVER, the study surveyed member companies on their training practices and strategies, emerging skills shortages, investment in education and training and the quality of education and training available to firms.
