This report looks at what helps organisations develop their capability in online learning and what helps them develop a strategic approach to offering and supporting online learning. A multi-stage qualitative process was used to gather data from students, teachers, developers and stakeholders engaged in online learning in four providers drawn from regional areas in three states.
This study evaluates the effectiveness of online delivery of education and training in Australia. It reviews appropriate literature and research in order to identify, answer and address a range of controversial issues that inform the design and delivery of VET online.
