This paper investigates the role of VET in developing digital skills in the Australian workforce, using two sectors as case studies - Transport and Logistics, and Public Safety and Correctional Services.
Transferable skills perform an invaluable role in cross-occupational mobility, but there are opportunities to improve the way they are developed and how they are understood in the labour market.
